Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:Oversee the overall functioning of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Manage store layout, visual merchandising, and product placement to enhance the shopping experience.

Inventory Control:Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.
Conduct regular stock checks, inventory counts, and reorder products as needed.

Customer Service:Lead by example in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and resolving any issues.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.

Staff Management:Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service and adhere to store policies and procedures.
Create staff schedules and manage daily staffing needs.

Sales and Revenue:Monitor and analyze sales data, implementing strategies to increase store revenue and meet sales targets.
Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Visual Merchandising:Plan and execute visually appealing displays to attract and engage customers.
Ensure that products are presented in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner.

Stock Procurement:Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency.

Loss Prevention:Implement security measures to prevent theft and loss within the store.
Investigate and report any incidents of theft or security breaches.

Store Maintenance:Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Coordinate with maintenance and repair services as needed.

Reporting:Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
