Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our back-end operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of transaction processes, reconciling accounts, managing clients and vendors, and leading a dynamic operations team. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee back-end operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Handle client and vendor management by building strong relationships and ensuring timely issue resolution. Conduct transaction reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting. Lead, motivate, and manage the operations team to achieve performance targets. Prepare and analyze operational reports for senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services . Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools . Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a pleasing personality . Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
