As a proactive and results-driven MICE Sales Manager with 4-8 years of experience, your role will focus on client acquisition and management within the MICE segment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for MICE services such as corporate meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions. - Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and build loyalty. - Understand client requirements, design tailored event proposals, and collaborate with operations for flawless execution. - Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs set for MICE sales. - Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless sales-to-delivery transition. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for business growth. Required Qualifications: - 4 to 8 years of experience in MICE sales (client acquisition + account management) in hospitality, event management, or a similar environment. - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the MICE domain. - Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously with high attention to detail. - Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools; familiarity with event management platforms will be an advantage.
