Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive residential township sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify potential clients and develop leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with marketing and branding teams to align sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in real estate sales, preferably in township projects.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with local market trends and regulatory environment.
• Experience in large-scale residential projects.
