Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Sales located in Raurkela. The Manager of Sales will be responsible for driving sales operations, developing business plans, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, identifying sales opportunities, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and leading a team to achieve their sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and sales forecasting
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development
• Excellent Communication skills for team leadership and client interactions
• Customer Service expertise to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales Operations, including identifying opportunities and driving sales performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in a sales management role
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
