Job Purpose
  • This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
  • To direct, control and supervise the support services at branch level to facilitate its success.
  • Ensure free flow of communication and efficient use of resources throughout branches and play vital role for sourcing properties, handover to business, ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day operations at branches including branches opening, security, housekeeping, employee welfare and smooth flow of other amenities.
  • Essentially looking after implementation of necessary measures and policies at branch level in different capacities for administration and cost control to do its work.
