Role: Manager/ Senior Manager Marketing and Communications

Exp 8-12 Years

Job Location: Delhi or Gurugram

Industry: Real Estate Developments

Role Objective:

Key Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop

    annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with mall objectives

    .
  • Identify

    target audiences and create effective campaigns to attract them.

  • Manage

    marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.

2. Events & Promotions

  • Plan, organize, and execute mall-wide events, seasonal festivals, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

  • End to End

    Marketing & Communication Planning

  • Execution of all

    ATL Digital- BTL-Events mediums like print, OOH, Radio, Digital, Events

    processes
  • Agency Coordination for Campaign Ideations & Executions

    across platforms.
  • Collaterals Development in coordination

    with the agency and internal stakeholders

3. Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Oversee

    social media management, content creation, and online advertising.

  • High on energy with quick turnaround time for new

    product launch & campaigns

  • Increase Corporate Brand value of Group in the market

  • Leverage the Corporate Brand in-order to increase profitability of ongoing Projects / Investments

  • Ensure optimum selection of

    Media Mix for Effective brand

    related

    Publicity and Advertisement [ATL, BTL, Online / Digital Marketing ]

4. Public Relations & Media

  • Build

    relationships with local media, influencers, and bloggers.

  • Draft press releases and manage media coverage.

  • Handle public relations to maintain a positive image of the mall.

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct regular footfall analysis and customer feedback surveys.

  • Monitor

    competitor activities and industry trends.

  • Provide

    insights to improve marketing ROI and sales performance.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, CRM, Operations Teams to ensure seamless

    campaign execution.

  • Design and implement Event & Promotion Campaigns.

  • Liaise with

    event partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure high-quality execution.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 8+years of

    experience in marketing, preferably in Real Estate /Construction Domain.

  • Strong knowledge of

    ATL/BTL, Digital Marketing, Events, and Brand Management.

  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to

    manage budgets and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
