Manager – Management Consulting

The Manager – Management Consulting is responsible for leading and executing consulting assignments across diverse business domains. The role involves providing strategic advice, managing client engagements, developing business solutions, and driving measurable improvements in performance, productivity, and profitability. The Manager will serve as a key link between clients, internal teams, and senior leadership to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Consulting & Business Advisory

• Diagnose business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational performance, efficiency, and competitiveness.
• Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Support clients in strategic planning, organizational restructuring, and operational excellence initiatives.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and value delivery.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations to understand needs and deliver insights.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment of consulting outcomes with client objectives.

3. Project Management & Delivery

• Plan, execute, and monitor consulting projects end-to-end within scope, time, and budget.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Supervise and coordinate project teams to maintain quality and timely execution.
• Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Guide, mentor, and support junior consultants and analysts in project execution.
• Encourage innovation, critical thinking, and continuous learning within the team.
• Conduct internal knowledge-sharing and skill development sessions.

5. Business Development & Growth

• Participate in proposal writing, pitch presentations, and new client acquisition efforts.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to promote consulting services.

6. Reporting & Performance Review

• Track and analyze project performance metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare progress updates, insights, and recommendations for management and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting or business advisory roles.
• Proven experience in managing projects and client relationships across industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and data visualization platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
