Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as an Mgr-Loyalty in the Hotels & Restaurants industry, specifically with Marriott International, Inc.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver personalized experiences for customers.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Create and manage budgets for loyalty programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor and evaluate the success of loyalty programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in developing and executing successful loyalty programs.
Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
