Job Description

As a Manager- Legal at Times Internet, you will play a crucial role in the legal aspects of the digital media and fintech industry. With 5-10 years of experience, your responsibilities will include: - Proficiently drafting, negotiating, and finalizing various agreements such as content licensing agreements, service agreements, ad sale agreements, and more within the regulatory framework. - Handling a wide range of contracts including telemarketing/telco agreements, NDAs, LOIs, consulting agreements, and website terms and conditions. - Collaborating with global players for strategic partnerships, app integration agreements, and marketing/sales agreements both domestically and globally. - Providing legal counsel on IT & Fintech laws, contract drafting, negotiation, and management. - Interpreting and applying laws and regulations related to media, intellectual property, copyrights, data protection, consumer protection, and more in practical business matters. Your background should ideally include: - Holding a law degree from a Tier 1 law school with excellent academic credentials. - 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the digital media/publisher industry. - Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and proficiency in time management. - Being a responsible, self-starter who can handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. - Collaborating effectively across departmental lines and communicating persuasively with all levels of stakeholders. - Upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
