Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Analyzing & Reviewing Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSR), Property Search Reports & Original Title Documents Vetting Reports & ensuring that all compliances as per LSR Advocate / Law Firms findings shall be adhered & complied before disbursement.
Providing timely legal documentation related feasible solutions to Business & Credit teams for resolving legal documentation related queries within provided timelines & Turn Around Time (TAT).
Highlighting to Senior Management legal deviations sought by Business team & by providing alternate legal remedies & on basis of legal documentation mitigates recommending the same to Senior Management for their approvals with supporting credentials thus safeguarding interest of the company.
Drafting/Vetting of Loan documentations, Security documents, Personal Guarantees, Letters, Resolutions, Undertakings, Declarations, Affidavits etc.
Providing Compliance report on executed facility documents before disbursement and post disbursement follow-ups/compliances etc.
ROC Search report, ROC charge creations, CERSAI charge creations on the security mortgaged in favor of lender etc.
Knowledge of Contracts, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Companies Act, RBI guidelines.

Knowledge of Land laws, RERA, Stamp Act, Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act etc.
