Job Description:

Looking for a seasoned Pre Sales/Solutioning leader to build and scale our Adobe Solution Practice, focused on driving impact for clients across
Adobe Experience Cloud, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer,
Analytics, Target, and Marketo. The Pre Sales Lead will be responsible
for defining the vision, growing capabilities, shaping go-to-market
offerings, and liaising with Delivery Lead to deliver business outcomes that establish LatentView as a premier Adobe partner.

Responsibilities:

1.) Define and create a GTM plan in collaboration with Onsite Practice Head Tushar & support GTM efforts and conversions
2.) Establish best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets to
differentiate LatentView’s Adobe offerings.
3.) Client Impact & Delivery Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and design Adobe-led solutions.
4.) Liaise with Delivery Lead to translate commitments to deliverable outcomes and ensure sustained revenue
5.) Partnership & Ecosystem Strengthen LatentView’s partnership with Adobe – drive certifications, co-innovation, and joint GTM initiatives.
6.) Represent LatentView in Adobe forums, industry conferences, and client
showcases.
7.) Build alliances with adjacent MarTech/data players to extend practice relevance.
8.) Business Growth Drive pipeline growth by shaping proposals, influencing deal cycles, and positioning LatentView as a strategic Adobe partner.
9.) Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing accounts. Achieve revenue, margin, and practice growth targets.

Skills:
8 to 18 years in the Adobe architect domain
Solutioning and Implementation exp in Adobe Experience Cloud, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Analytics, Target, and Marketo. Excellent client-facing, Existing Network in Adobe Partnership ecosystem communication, and thought leadership skills.
