Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Microbiology professional to lead our microbiology operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in microbiology, hands-on experience in QMS, and proven leadership in managing people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the microbiology team and oversee routine laboratory operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and QMS requirements.
• Review and approve microbiological testing reports and documentation.
• Drive method qualification/validation and environmental monitoring programs.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Management and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge and experience in the life sciences industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies effectively
• Proficiency in project management and coordination
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Management, or a related field
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
