Required Experience & Qualifications

Must-haves

• 7–8 years of curriculum development experience. 
• Exposure to EdTech, STEM labs, or design thinking programs. 
• Hands-on curriculum development experience on technology topics such as Scratch, Electronics, IoT, Robotics, etc. 
• Hands-on experience in curriculum design for STEM/ STEAM/ Design Thinking Programs and NCF Alignment.
• Experience of directly working with students on projects, conducting needs assessments, field visits/ observations/ assessments. 
• Project management skills. 

Subject Matter Expertise

• Understanding of pedagogy, curriculum design principles like project-based learning, constructivist approach, maker education, skill-based curriculum, backward design, kolb’s learning cycle, etc. 
• Curriculum mapping as per NEP, NCF and international standards like ISTE, CASEL, etc. 
• Creating assessments using NCF flow-down method
• Writing lesson plans and creating presentations 
• Ideating on videos, storyboards
• Content quality standards 

Desired

• Educational background in Engineering with  MA Education / MA EdTech from a top-tier institute.
• Exposure to STEAM/ ATL labs and creating curriculum for them. 
• People management skills.

1. Curriculum Design & Development

• Curriculum & Assessments Design and Development

• Create rubrics for content quality standards
• Design and manage a system for the same
• Content creation and management
• WhatsApp-based chatbot
• ENpower’s Learning Management System
• Video lessons and stories 
• Child-friendly learning materials/ products
• Teacher professional development 
• Management of the ENpower knowledge bank creation 
• Hire, train, and manage human resources (whenever required)  
• Support in program design, documentation, ideation, and pilots for new initiatives.

2. Technology Innovation

• Plan and manage technology integration in curriculum development, delivery and assessments.
• Research and integrate appropriate technologies into the curriculum, including tools for ATL programs, hands-on prototyping, and digital storytelling.
• Technology platform for skill development
• Contribute to the architecture and development of a tech platform 
• Work with designers, developers, and content developers to manage the project
• Management of delivery mechanisms like LMS and WhatsApp chatbot 
• Development of resources and materials for teachers and learners using ed-tech platforms or tools.
• Create a repository of research sources to help in program designs and impact assessment. 
  

3. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

• Contribute to the MEL development process by providing insights into the curriculum feedback.
• Help to develop MEL rubrics, tools, dashboards, and reports.
• Work with MEL team members to be in sync with the development on the front. 
• Collaborate with MEL and training teams through bi-monthly meetings to integrate feedback and ensure the curriculum reflects on-ground realities.

4. Research & Development

• Conduct timely research on the following and present insights to the team:
• Trends in entrepreneurship and technology education 
• Student engagement 
• Contextual pedagogy 
• Research and reports published by other players in the field
• Policy documents like NEP/ NCF
• National and global standards like ISTE, stem.org and global curriculum
• Gamification 
• New product/ program development and conducting pilots/ testing 
• Gamified products or learning materials
• ENpower’s knowledge bank 
• ENpower’s learning platform 
• Skill assessments 
• Skill development programs
