Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update the recruitment database regularly Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings Coordinate onboarding processes for selected candidates Support in employer branding and campus recruitment activities Provide administrative support to the HR/recruitment team Prepare and share regular recruitment reports and updates About Company: ENpower is a company that is building an ecosystem that helps children inculcate 21st century skills in an experiential way that would involve and engage young minds.
