Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing professional, you will play a crucial role in developing avenues of revenue generation within existing clientele and implementing a robust Customer Retention strategy for consistent growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong engagement with existing customers to drive sales and increase lifetime value. - Designing and executing Customer Retention Strategy and Programs to enhance customer loyalty. - Ensuring the performance and optimization of all business development plans and strategies to meet the company's sales objectives. - Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Sales Team effectively. - Segmenting customers and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) accordingly. - Collaborating with customers to understand their business needs and goals by analyzing customer-centric data. - Identifying opportunities for expanding the customer database within key segments. - Effectively communicating product value through presentations and proposals. - Managing customer communication programs across various channels, monitoring performance and impact. - Understanding geographical and industry-specific landscapes and trends. - Assisting in sales plan development, including forecasting and KPI reporting for organizational planning and strategic decision-making. - Generating regular reports on Business Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance. - Providing complete visibility into the sales pipeline at each stage of development. - Planning daily calendars for scheduled events. - Coordinating with customers for repeat orders, order revisions, price adjustments, delivery schedule confirmations, and new developments. - Sharing proforma invoices with customers for order processing. - Generating purchase orders (POs) on behalf of customers as needed. - Managing sales order processing in Salesforce (SFDC) for assigned and tagged customers. - Liaising with the plant contact person for updates on material status. - Sharing dispatch details and invoices with customers. - Confirming material delivery with customers and resolving any related issues promptly. - Providing numbering details for non-IT systems to the IT team. - Coordinating with the plant for advanced planning of raw materials and stock-keeping orders. - Addressing customer complaints regarding material delivery or quality and generating case and credit notes in SFDC when necessary.
