Job Description

Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients while driving account growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating internal teams to meet delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic clients.
  • Create and implement account plans to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, delivery) to meet client expectations and timelines.
  • Monitor account performance, sales targets, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account status and growth opportunities.
