**Job Description:** As a Sales & Marketing professional, your role involves developing avenues of revenue generation within the existing clientele and building a strong Customer Retention strategy for consistent growth. You will be responsible for managing good relations with customers to ensure their engagement and satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Building and maintaining strong engagement with existing customers to increase sales and lifetime value. - Designing and implementing Customer Retention Strategy and Programs for retention activities. - Responsible for performance & optimization of all plans and strategies to develop business and achieve sales goals. - Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Sales Team. - Managing customer segmentation and setting KPIs accordingly. - Collaborating with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, profiling customer-centric data. - Identifying opportunities to grow the database in key customer segments. - Effectively communicating the product value through presentations and proposals. - Managing customer communication programs across multiple mediums, tracking and measuring performance and impact. - Understanding Geography and Industry-specific landscapes and trends. - Assisting in the development of the sales plan, preparing forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management. - Ensuring the production of regular reports on Business KPI performance. - Providing full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. - Daily calendar planning for day's events. - Coordinating with customers for repeat orders, order revisions, price revisions, delivery schedule confirmation, new developments, etc. - Sharing proforma invoices with customers for order processing. - Preparing PO on behalf of customers as and when required. - Managing sales order management in SFDC for assigned customers and tagged customers. - Coordinating with the respective plant contact person for updates on material status. - Sharing dispatch details along with invoices to customers. - Coordinating with customers regarding material delivery confirmation and resolving any issues related to delivery. - Preparing numbering details for submission to the IT team wherever non-IT numbering is used. - Coordinating with the plant for advance planning of RM and stock-keeping orders. - Coordinating with customers regarding any complaints regarding material delivery, material quality, etc., and generating case and credit notes in SFDC when required. **Qualification Required:** - PGDM/MBA in Sales & Marketing - Graduation in BBA/BBM or BTech This position offers a salary package that is competitive and best in the industry. *Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.* **Job Description:** As a Sales & Marketing professional, your role involves developing avenues of revenue generation within the existing clientele and building a strong Customer Retention strategy for consistent growth.
