Manager

Position Summary:

The Prayer Tower Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Prayer Tower, ensuring an atmosphere of prayer, compassion, and excellence in serving people who come or call for prayer. The role involves managing prayer intercessors, maintaining the facility, coordinating ministry activities, and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative and spiritual responsibilities in alignment with the vision and mission of Jesus Calls.

Key Responsibilities:1. Spiritual & Ministry Leadership

• Ensure that the Prayer Tower remains a place of continual prayer, faith, and intercession.
• Lead and motivate prayer intercessors to maintain a strong spiritual environment.
• Organize daily prayer schedules, fasting prayers, and special intercessory sessions.
• Oversee and support prayer for phone, in-person, and written requests.

2. People Management

• Supervise prayer intercessors, volunteers, and support staff.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, leave plans, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular team devotions, meetings, and spiritual enrichment sessions.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and unity within the Prayer Tower team.

3. Operations & Administration

• Oversee the daily operations of the Prayer Tower, ensuring cleanliness, order, and readiness for visitors.
• Handle visitor coordination, prayer requests, and feedback systems.
• Maintain records of calls, visitors, and testimonies received.
• Ensure smooth functioning of technical equipment such as prayer hotlines, recording systems, and digital displays.

4. Financial & Resource Stewardship

• Manage the Prayer Tower budget and petty cash responsibly.
• Coordinate with the finance department for timely submission of accounts and reports.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of ministry resources, stationery, and prayer materials.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with the central office and other Prayer Towers for updates, reporting, and ministry initiatives.
• Support the promotion of Jesus Calls events, outreach programs, and campaigns.
• Represent the Prayer Tower during regional and national prayer events or training programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Ministry, or any related discipline (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in ministry or administrative leadership, preferably within a Christian organization.
• Strong spiritual maturity and commitment to the mission of Jesus Calls.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil, or relevant regional language).
• Ability to manage people, multitask, and handle responsibilities with integrity and accountability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
