Manager – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

Role Overview

Manager – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity will be responsible for designing, operating,

securing, and continuously improving the organization’s IT infrastructure and cybersecurity

posture.

This role combines infrastructure reliability, cloud/on-prem operations, and enterprise

cybersecurity governance, ensuring high availability, business continuity, data protection,

and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

A. IT Infrastructure Management

• Own and manage Data Center, Cloud, Network, Endpoints, Backup, DR, and
• Collaboration platforms.
• Plan and execute infrastructure modernization, hardware refresh, and capacity
• planning.
• Manage network architecture (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN).
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and DR drills; ensure RPO/RTO compliance.
• Lead patch management, asset lifecycle, and configuration management.
• Drive ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity Management).
• Manage infrastructure vendors, AMC partners, and SLA adherence.
• B. Cybersecurity Operations & Governance
• Own the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and execution.
• Implement and manage SASE, Firewall, EDR/XDR, DLP, IAM/PAM, MDM,
• SIEM/SOAR, patch management solutions.
• Lead security monitoring, incident response, and forensic coordination.
• Ensure CERT-In compliance, incident reporting, and regulatory alignment.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk remediation.
• Define and maintain security policies, standards, and SOPs.
• Drive security awareness programs and phishing simulations.
• Oversee third-party security assessments and vendor risk management.
• Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong hands-on experience in Infrastructure Operations & Cybersecurity.
• Expertise in Data Center, Cloud -GCP, Networking, Backup, DR.
• Solid understanding of enterprise security architecture & threat management.
• Experience with SAP landscapes, retail systems, or manufacturing IT is a plus.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and crisis-handling skills.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent).
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure & Cybersecurity roles.
• Certifications (Added Advantage)
• CISSP / CISM / CISA
• CEH / CCSP
• Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Networking certifications (CCNA / CCNP)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
