About the Role

Manager — IT & Digital Transformation

leading multi-domain technology projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the

    campus, office, and hospital IT infrastructure

    , including servers, LAN/Wi-Fi, biometrics, and CCTV systems.
  • Lead a team of

    website developers, MIS executives, and ERP vendors

    ensuring system reliability and modernization.
  • Manage and optimize

    cloud infrastructure

    (Google Workspace, AWS, or equivalent) and server uptime across units.
  • Drive

    workflow automation

    , data visualization dashboards, and cross-department digital reporting systems.
  • Supervise

    CRM and ERP integrations

    for academic, administrative, and healthcare operations.
  • Oversee

    digital marketing technology operations

    — including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics coordination.
  • Establish

    cybersecurity protocols

    and ensure institutional data compliance and privacy standards.
  • Implement

    Agile/Scrum methodologies

    for IT, MIS, and digital transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with institutional heads and vendors for smooth execution of IT-enabled projects.
  • Foster a culture of

    innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

    within digital teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in

    Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or MBA–IT

    .

  • 5–10 years of experience

    in IT management, digital transformation, or ERP-led institutional modernization.
  • Proven experience in

    project management frameworks

    (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Hands-on knowledge of

    Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools, SEO, and analytics dashboards

    .
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across education, healthcare, and administrative functions.

  • Primary:

    Kingston Educational Institute, Barasat / Madhyamgram Campus
  • Coordination required across

    Kingston’s colleges and Kingston General Hospital
