Key Responsibilities & Authority The North India Installation Manager is responsible for leading and managing the installation of products or systems across Northern Part of India (Delhi NCR + J&K + Ladakh + HP + Punjab + Haryana + Rajasthan + Uttar Pradesh), ensuring timely, safe, and quality execution. This role oversees installation teams, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to achieve business objectives. 1. North region Installation Strategy: Develop and implement a installation strategy, aligning with business objectives and regional market conditions for Installation and Pre Sales Site visits / audits. 2. Regional Team Management: Lead and manage regional installation teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, support, and guidance to meet targets. Installation Planning and Coordination: Oversee the planning and coordination of installations across India, ensuring efficient use of resources, minimal delays, and high- quality workmanship. 4. Contractor & Contract management: Involves effectively supervising relationships with independent contractors, external vendors, or third-party service providers, encompassing tasks like onboarding, performance monitoring, compliance assurance, and overall contract management. 5. Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with national standards and regulations. 6. Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations are carried out in accordance with national safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers. 7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage national installation budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs to achieve business objectives. 8. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve national installation processes, procedures, and standards, sharing best practices across regions. Will have to play an important role in CRM app implementation which will help in achieving the improvement. 9. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal & external customers, regional teams, and national leadership. 10. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on national installation performance, including metrics such as installation rates, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. 11. Training: Responsible for the training of the regional team, TP for the new products developed along with the refresher course on the existing product for any update. Personal Characteristics 1. Talk to others to convey information effectively Education qualification: Mechanical Engineering Degree – BE / B Tech Experience : 8-10 Yrs. Preferable Industry : Cold Chain / Refrigeration / Warehouse / Construction / Healthcare / Food processing / PMC / Any Project Execution Company. CTC : As per industry standard Required Knowledge / Skills/ Competencies: 1. Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of products / systems being installed. 2. Leadership and Management: Proven experience in managing national or regional teams, including supervising, motivating, and developing team members. 3. Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 4. Problem-Solving and Analytical: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. 5. Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. 6. Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations. 7. Education and Certifications: Relevant technical degree or certification, such as electrical, mechanical, or construction management. 8. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India, including regional offices, customer sites, and remote locations.. 9. Experience in installation of Automatic Sliding & Hinge doors would be an added advantage. 10. Work Environment: May work in a variety of environments, including offices, construction sites, and customer facilities. 11. Frequent travel to customer offices in region, customer sites, and remote locations.
