Job Summary:

Role: Agile Coach
Experience : 15 years + Desired Experience : At least 6 years as a Senior Scrum Master or 2+ years as Agile Coach or Enterprise Agile Coach

Must have Skills :

1. Agile Transformation and change management across the organization

2. Lead end to end Agile adoption for teams and

3. Standardize OKRs for measuring and improving team performances

4. Provide strategic coaching for Scrum Masters, Product Managers and lead training programs across the organization for all stakeholders.

5. Set up Agile Center of Excellence for Agile best practices.

6. Identify and address process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

7. Excellence in diverse mix of Agile Methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban. SAFe / Scaled Agile is good to have.
