SAP COE Technical Solution Architects(SAP S/4HANA)-for MNC @ Bengaluru

Role & responsibilities

• Technical Strategy & Planning

• Define the technical strategy and roadmap for the SAP COE team.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and IT policies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for developments and project initiative.
• Continuously strive for Technology improvements & innovations •

  Solution Design

• Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA technical architecture, including system landscape, integrations, and data migration strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and scalability for future requirements. •

• Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and leadership on different topics, Provide mentorship, allocate tasks, and track technical deliverables.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Provide technical inputs during solution validation and decision-making.

• Risk Management & Troubleshooting

• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies. o Resolve complex issues that arise during implementation or post-go-live. •

  Knowledge Sharing & Documentation

  :
• Document technical designs, development standards, and operational procedures.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Main Accountabilities - Responsibilities, Tasks & Interactions:

• Develop and oversee the technology architectural design of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team.
• Ensure best practices in SAP S/4HANA projects are followed.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Designing solution Aligning with business needs and objectives.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture.
• • Record design decisions and implementation processes.
• Ensure solution designing is following relevant regulations and standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience

Technical Expertise:

o Experience with SAP BTP and SAP integration tools (e.g., PI/PO, CPI, Mule soft).

o Proficiency in system landscape design, BASIS, and infrastructure. o Good understanding of cloud technology and SAAS solutions.

o Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori, CDS views, and ABAP on HANA.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead teams and foster collaboration.

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.

Desirable:

• Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile Methodology/SCRUM/DevOps.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in SAP certified enterprise architect or TOGAF. • Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with the industry standard for SAP projects, understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
