We're Hiring

Manager - Human Resources (UK)

Location

Mode:

2 Shifts(IST):

11 AM to 8 PM
1 PM TO 10 PM ( Cab Available)

Role Overview

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for the UK region, including employee lifecycle (excluding recruitment), UK payroll, compliance, and global mobility. Acts as the subject matter expert on UK HR policies, statutory compliance, and local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding, payroll, leave, attendance, benefits, offboarding, and monthly engagement activities
Ensure compliance with UK local laws, GDPR, UKVI, HMRC, and internal HR policies
Administer UK payroll including NI, pension, and payroll output handling
Calculate payroll and NI components with hands-on expertise in UK payroll systems
Align UK HR processes with corporate HR and India-based operations
Manage HR audits, reporting dashboards, and employee grievance resolution
Support visa mobility including ICT transfers and full UK visa lifecycle understanding
Design and communicate policies, benefits, and statutory updates to employees

Desired Profile

Strong command of UK HR operations (onshore + onsite), UK NI, UK pension, and payroll compliance
Deep understanding of UKVI, HMRC, immigration laws, and right-to-work eligibility
Experience in software/IT industry preferred
Excellent communication, policy interpretation, and organizational skills
