Manager - Human Resources

As the HR Manager at Hiims Premier Hospital in Sec 42, Gurgaon, Haryana, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment and onboarding processes for various hospital positions. Your responsibilities will include developing job descriptions, posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the hospital culture and operations. You will also be tasked with managing employee attendance, leave records, overtime calculations, salary deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements. Maintaining accurate employee records, both physical and digital, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and hospital guidelines will be essential aspects of your role. Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, HR-related reports, and analytics for management review will also fall under your purview. In terms of employee relations and engagement, you will be expected to foster a positive work environment, address concerns and conflicts, organize engagement activities, and facilitate internal communication channels to keep employees informed about hospital news and updates. You will provide support in coordinating performance appraisal cycles, maintaining performance review records, and development plans. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification would be advantageous. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities, are essential. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion, maintain integrity, and exhibit problem-solving skills will be critical. Familiarity with HR in an Ayurvedic and Naturopathic hospital environment is highly desirable.
