Qualification required: MBA in HR
Experience required: 5 to 10 Years experience in Health care Industry.
Responsible to lead the HR team and has to take the ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to employee orientations, payroll and benefits, performance reviews, wage reviews, conflict management, disciplinary action, employee relations, training, etc. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administration, leave management, and enforcing company policies and practices.
