Job Description

Job Title:

Lead Employee Relations activities, ensuring fair and consistent handling of workplace concerns.
Drive Employee Engagement programs to strengthen organizational culture.
Handle conflict resolution through mediation, counseling, and proactive interventions.
Develop effective employee communication strategies to enhance transparency and trust.
Oversee employee recognition initiatives to boost motivation and retention.
Ensure policy development, compliance, and advocacy in line with legal and organizational standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team in managing employee relations cases.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
8+ years of HR experience
, with a strong focus on employee relations, HRBP in the
BPO/KPO/outsourcing industry with current designation as Assistant Manager or equivalent too .
Strong communication, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in managing HR teams and handling complex employee relations issues.
