Summary:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or MBA or equivalent course in HR or relevant experience in the same.
Experience: (5-8 Years of Experience)
Location: Kota
● Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including office management, facilities management, and procurement
● Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
● Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
● Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs
● Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies and services
● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
● Handle employee requests and inquiries related to administrative matters
● Prepare and monitor the department budget
● Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
● Bachelor’s degree or MBA or equivalent course in HR or relevant experience in the same.
● Knowledge of computer operation and good hands-on experience in Microsoft Office.
● Good analytical, marketing, written and verbal communication skills.
● Willing to identify, propose, and initiate new ideas and improvements.
● Eager to learn new technologies related to Software and Market research.
● Good listener, learner, and great team player.
