Responsibilities: β Follow up with the customer to generate inquiries. β Follow up with the Purchase Team to get the appropriate supplier with the best quotation and delivery confirmation. β Follow up with Production or another internal department for any customer inquiry about our manufacturing products. β Finalizing order as per the agreed by the supervisor. β Guiding junior colleagues for generating leads, deals, quotations, and sales orders. β Following up on the shipments from the logistics team. β Following up on the acceptance of the documents by the customer. β Follow up with the accounts team for the receipt of payment. β The person should be ready for any help if needed in finalizing any important order with the customer and the supplier. β Coordinate with supervisor and team to identify problem areas and work on improving the process. β Sending Visit Reports on the same day. β Keeping close track of the competitorβs activity and updating the supervisor immediately. β Should be able to analyze data (Import/Export) and share the same with good presentation skills. β Should be able to track well all the tasks and communicate immediately. β Following up with clients for payments. β Should know ECGC application (Export). Eligibility Requirements: β Bachelorβs degree or MBA or equivalent course in Sales and marketing or relevant experience. β Knowledge of computer operation and good hands-on experience in Microsoft Office. β Good analytical, marketing, written and verbal communication skills. β Willing to identify, propose, and initiate new ideas and improvements. β Eager to learn new technologies related to Software and Market research. β Good listener, learner, and great team player. β Experienced in trading business will be preferred.
