Summary:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / industrial engineering or a related field.

Experience: (3-5 Years of Experience)

Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Responsibilities:

● Responsible for creating and executing plans to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of equipment and machinery including development of strategies for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.

● Perform routine checks to identify any potential issues or equipment failures that may disrupt operations including inspection of equipment and machinery, monitoring performance and identifying any areas for improvement.

● Troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures.

● Performing preventive maintenance tasks that will involves servicing and inspecting equipment regularly to prevent equipment failures and minimise downtime, creating and executing preventive maintenance plans.

● Identify opportunities for process or equipment improvements and develop and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance.

● Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documenting all maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs and equipment performance metrics.

● To ensure that respective departments place orders for and track the delivery schedules of spare parts and equipment. Maintaining inventory levels so that necessary components are available when needed.

Eligibility Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / industrial engineering or a related field.

● Strong knowledge of safety protocols, and maintenance practices.

● Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals.

● Ability to analyze information, diagnose problems and develop solutions.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
