Manager - HR & Admin

Reporting To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations

o Monitor attendance, leave, and time-off systems.

o Ensure proper HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.).

o Maintain employee records and HR database.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

o Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments (HO & Factory).

o Coordinate interviews, assessments, and final selection.

o Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process.

3. Payroll & Compensation

o Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement.

o Coordinate with accounts for salary, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.

4. Statutory Compliance

o Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, EL, etc.

o Liaison with government bodies for labour law compliance and audits.

5. Employee Engagement & Welfare

o Organize engagement activities, grievance handling, and feedback mechanisms.

o Plan employee welfare programs and internal communication.

6. Work Performance Report

o Coordinate with staff for submission of their Work performance report within a stipulated time.

7. Performance Management

o Implement appraisal systems and performance tracking processes.

o Work with department heads for setting KPIs and goals.

8. Event Management

o Plan and manage events (festivals etc.).

9. Reports

o Prepare and submit regular HR reports
