FINANCE MANAGERJob Summary: The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role includes day-to-day fund monitoring, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial planning, reconciliation, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with Tally ERP and other accounting tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Operations Monitor daily fund positions. Review and ensure accuracy of daily Tally entries: purchases, bank transactions, and expenses. Prepare and review daily Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). Manage bank payments and partial cheque preparations. 2. Financial Planning & Reporting Prepare and monitor the monthly budget and finance plans. Finalize Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets. Prepare weekly internal advance reports and monthly statutory payment reports. 3. Statutory & Compliance Ensure timely payment and filing of TDS, GST, PF & ESI. Handle all statutory issues and coordinate audits. Manage GST working, reconciliation (including 2B), and filing for the company and individuals. Coordinate with auditors for ITR filing and compliance. 4. Accounts Management Maintain individual accounts for directors and stakeholders. Manage rent payments and individual Tally accounts. Conduct vendor and subcontractor reconciliation. Coordinate and verify Purchase Orders (PO) and GRNs. 5. Invoicing & Receivables Raise invoices and manage advance receipts. Monitor collections and maintain accurate collection reports. 6. Banking & Loans Liaise with banks for daily transactions and formalities. Handle Bank Guarantee requests, collections, and submissions. Plan and initiate monthly EMI, loan, and regular expense payments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ICWA/MBA preferred). Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and online tax portals. Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws (TDS, GST, PF, ESI). Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders effectively.
