Strategic project delivery: Lead the end-to-endexecution of complex, high-impact projects in digital health, AI governance, orhealth systems strengthening. Ensure technical quality, stakeholder alignment,and timely delivery. Serve as the primary client-facing lead on keyassignments, providing strategic oversight, troubleshooting, and high-levelproblem-solving support.

Business development: Opportunity scanning & client engagement: Proactivelyidentify and cultivate relationships with prospective donors, multi laterals,and government partners in India and the region. Manage end-to-end clientjourneys\u2014from initial discussions to concept shaping and scoping.

Proposal leadership: Drive the preparation of technical and commercialproposals, pitch decks, and EOIs. Align BD responses with MSC institutionalpositioning, past performance, and strategic priorities in health, nutrition,and DPI.

Strategic Communication: Represent MSC in public forums, roundtable, andstakeholder workshops. Use events as platforms to deepen institutionalrelationships and open future opportunities.

Thought leadership & advisory: Shape project outputs into knowledgeproducts (e.g., policy briefs, strategy notes, frameworks) that influencedecision-makers and reflect MSC domain leadership. Provide advisory supportto government counterparts, donors, and ecosystem partners based on fieldlearnings and evolving policy contexts.

Team management & capacity building: Mentor and guide junior team members(Assistant Managers, Associates) across multiple assignments. Lead internalknowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team-wide capability developmentin digital health, data governance, and public sector transformation.

Internal leadership & operational contribution: Contribute to MSCinternal systems including business development tracking, pitch readiness, andpipeline reporting. Support operational excellence through compliance with qualitystandards, performance monitoring frameworks, and client feedback loops.
