Goana Foods is a fast-growing food manufacturing company specializing in gourmet Indian products including pickles, masalas, vinegars, marinades, and canned goods. We pride ourselves on authenticity, innovation, and quality. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help us scale our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management:
• Oversee production processes, ensure adherence to FSSAI and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, raw material sourcing, and timely production.
• Ensure machines, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained.
• Sales & Marketing Support:
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to meet growth targets.
• Track Amazon backend performance, retail sales, and distributor relationships.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand building.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and motivate staff across departments (production, sales, quality, logistics).
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Train and develop employees to improve efficiency.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure consistent product quality and packaging.
• Maintain compliance with audits, certifications, and sustainability practices.
• Business Development & Strategy:
• Identify opportunities for new markets and partnerships.
• Provide reports and insights to management for decision-making.
• Help streamline systems and processes for scaling the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Food Technology / Commerce (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG / food manufacturing / operations / sales management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of FSSAI, quality control, and supply chain management is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and business reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
