• Own full-cycle recruitment for all internal roles (India + US)
• Build sourcing & evaluation strategies to attract top talent
• Convert competing hiring needs into clear, structured recruitment plans
• Manage and mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Set KPIs, quality standards, and performance expectations
• Monitor recruiter output, pipeline activity, SLAs & hiring quality
• Partner with US & India leadership on workforce planning
• Advise hiring managers on talent markets, interview best practices & role expectations
• Drive alignment and transparency across teams
• Improve hiring efficiency, workflows, and recruiter discipline
• Standardize interview scoring, evaluation criteria & candidate experience
• Use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
• 7–9 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• 3+ years in a leadership/team management role
• Strong corporate recruitment experience
• Excellent coaching, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, data-driven, structured approach
• Bachelor’s degree required (HR/Business preferred)
