Summary: We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations across India and Singapore, including accounting, taxation, audits, and financial consolidation. This role will manage a small team and be responsible for maintaining compliance, improving processes, and preparing accurate consolidated financial statements across geographies. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Operations Manage day-to-day accounting across India and Singapore entities Ensure accurate bookkeeping, monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting Lead AR, AP, billing, and vendor management operations Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with applicable standards (Indian GAAP, Ind AS, Singapore FRS) International Accounting & Consolidation Oversee bookkeeping for the Singapore entity Handle monthly and quarterly financial consolidation of group entities Align intercompany transactions, FX revaluations, and reporting Taxation & Compliance Manage direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, corporate tax) for India Coordinate compliance for Singapore including GST and corporate filings with local providers Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and returns Audit & Controls Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits for India and Singapore Establish financial controls, standard operating procedures, and reporting processes Support implementation or improvement of financial systems and automation Team Management Manage and mentor a team of 3 (Assistant Manager – Finance, Finance Executive, Billing Executive) Allocate responsibilities, review outputs, and ensure timely execution of tasks Key Requirements: CA (preferred) or MBA (Finance) / B.Com, M.Com or Semi-qualified CA with strong accounting foundation is a must 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance operations Experience with international accounting or multi-entity consolidation is highly preferred Working knowledge of Indian GAAP / Ind AS; Singapore FRS exposure is a plus Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally) Strong communication skills and ability to manage external consultants/auditors Experience in SaaS or startup environments is an advantage
