1Oversee the complete accounts payable & receivable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Improves accuracy by automating many of the manual tasks associated with manual data entry and processingManage and mentor the AR & AP team of 4-6 people, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.2Analyze & Review of AR & AP reports or MIS reports, providing insights to senior management.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts payable, receivable.Develop, implement, and monitor AR/AP policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce manual processing.3Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.Lead system implementations or upgrades related to AR/AP (e.g., SAP ERP systems).Monitor key AP/AR metrics (e.g.aging reports) and prepare management reports for leadership review.4Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) and audit requirements.Budget vs actual comparison and analysis. Ensure the actual spent not exceeding the budget allocation.5Internal control & Audit handlingIndirect work reduction along with assurance of internal control strengthen.Ensure that timely resolution/implementation of internal audit points and observations.Identifying the Area for process improvement in AP/AR domain and implementation of the same and also working on the possibilities of cost control in AP/AR.
