Manager Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and compliance with accounting principles and statutory regulations - Maintain accurate books of accounts for India and US entity as per respective accounting guidelines - Prepare consolidated financials for US & India books - Oversee month-end processes, including NetSuite entries, foreign exchange fluctuations, bank/credit card reconciliations, and reporting pack preparation - Manage expense reimbursement processing, travel bookings, and ensure proper controls & policy review & adherence - Support India statutory compliance (ROC, GST, TDS, FEMA, PF, PT etc.) in coordination with consultants - Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for India and US audits and tax filings - Contribute to maintaining transfer pricing documentation and facilitate intercompany remittances - Help maintain the cap table in Carta or Excel - Support 409A/private valuation processes as needed - Assist with the upkeep of finance tools such as NetSuite, expense platforms (e.g., Ramp), and reporting dashboards Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualifications like CA/MBA/CA Inter will be an added advantage - 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, AP, or related functions, preferably in a SaaS or tech company - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Salesforce) and MS Excel - Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Additional Company Details: Logile offers competitive compensation and benefits, a flexible remote working environment, and the opportunity to join a high-growth company with global exposure in a collaborative, mission-driven culture committed to excellence.
