Job Description

Position: Manager Finance & Accounts

Location: Satara, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 15+ years (Minimum 5-6 years in a managerial or deputy managerial role in a manufacturing setup)

Industry: Background: Manufacturing (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage monthly and annual finance closing activities
Lead and manage a team of 56 experienced finance professionals
Handle Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, IFC Audit independently
Ensure compliance with IND AS/IFRS, Corporate Income Tax, and GST regulations
Responsible for reporting to both HQ and local management

Qualifications & Skills:

Preferably Inter CA or higher qualification
Practical knowledge of IFRS and IND AS is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience working in MNC environments is desirable

Proficient in SAP (HANA/ECC 6.0) and advanced-level MS Excel
