As a Manager at EXO Edge specializing in People Management and Record to Report process within the FA Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Property Accountants supporting the US Property Management/Real Estate industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team(s) of Property Accountants to compile and analyze financial information for various financial statements and accounting reports. - Making appropriate journal entries, balancing figures, and reconciling financial data. - Maintaining accounting control procedures and recommending budget levels. - Managing team reviews, analyzing accounting resources for property acquisitions, and preparing reports. - Acting as a liaison to auditors, coordinating with property managers, and completing financial reports. - Building and growing client relationships, communicating effectively with clients, and coordinating with the team to address queries. - Monitoring team efficiency, planning productivity improvements, and delegating tasks effectively. - Training and evaluating team members, cross-training them, coaching, mentoring, and supervising to drive positive actions. - Determining status report frequency, analyzing results, and co-ordinating with other department managers as needed. In addition to the above responsibilities, the shift timings for this role are 9 hours in US EST hours, starting between 6:30pm to 9:30pm. The location for this role is at EXO Edge A 10-11, Ground Floor, Bestech Business Tower A, Sector 66, Mohali.
