This role involves developing and implementing security policies, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety and security of the organization's assets, employees, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Security Operations: Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring and patrolling premises. Policy Development: Develop, implement, and review physical security policies and procedures. Personnel Management: Manage and train security staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle security tasks effectively. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
