Job Summary We are seeking a skilled AI Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Define and prioritize AI/ML product features and roadmaps in alignment with business goals. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure product feasibility and success. Conduct market, user, and data analysis to guide product direction. Own the product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery lifecycle. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact of AI solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in product ownership or business analysis, with 3+ years in AI/ML initiatives. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, NLP, predictive analytics, and data pipelines. Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and product management tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI). Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI development.
