Job Description

You will play an integral part of the company's strategy in establishing and expanding the footprint in the country's largest accounts. This role involves coaching and developing sales talent to focus on transactional growth. The goal is to build a team of smart, ambitious individuals committed to the company's mission and focused on winning. Integrity, reliability, and linearity are as important as talent and effort in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Considerable experience in technology sales management with a successful track record in an enterprise software environment. - History of effective hiring, training, and developing Account Executives. - Coaching experience and talent management capabilities. - Demonstrated success in quota carrying technology sales and account management as an individual contributor and manager. - Recent experience managing and closing transactional sales-cycles within large enterprise accounts. - Ability to work within a highly matrixed organization. - Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting. - Industry knowledge and the ability to articulate the value proposition and sales methodology effectively. - Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions. - Strong customer and previous management references. **Qualifications Required:** - Track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals. - Proven management experience in volume-based transactional business. - Experience in selling business applications is preferred. - Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing sales talent. - Experience in leading comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and execution. - Strong operational and analytical abilities. - Knowledge of Salesforce applications and value proposition. Salesforce should be positioned as the key platform for transformation and customer success, delivering groundbreaking results for clients. Building and championing a first-class Sales organization to attract top talent within the industry is crucial.
