  1. Exp-9+ Years’ experience
  2. Qualification – Master’s or Doctoral degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.
  3. Job location- Bhuj, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Group CHRO to develop well-being policies, performance culture, employee engagement, and experience and retention strategies.
  • Use psychometric assessments, surveys, and feedback tools to monitor employee satisfaction and identify organizational issues.
  • Assist in conflict resolution, team dynamics, and improving communication and morale across departments.
  • Conduct confidential one-on-one counselling sessions with employees experiencing work-related or personal difficulties.
  • Identify signs of stress, burnout, anxiety, and other psychological issues; intervene appropriately or recommend external support when necessary.
  • Develop and deliver wellness programs, workshops, and seminars on topics such as stress management, work-life balance, and mental health awareness.
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential records of counselling sessions and follow-up plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention support and referrals in case of serious mental health concerns.
  • Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of employee wellness initiatives.
  • Facilitate group counselling or workshops on stress management, conflict resolution, work-life balance, etc. to improve team dynamics.
  • Maintain a non-judgmental and supportive approach, ensuring ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Travel to various plant sites on a rotational basis to provide on-site counselling and conduct mental wellness assessments.
  • Understand plant-specific issues such as isolation, physical fatigue, and work stress, etc., and offer tailored support.
  • Build trust and rapport with field employees and supervisors.
  • Be available full-time to support employees facing high pressure, sedentary work, performance anxiety, or interpersonal conflict.
  • Coordinate with HR to design wellness programs, resilience training, and organizational support systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address culture-related stressors and contribute to an emotionally intelligent work environment.
  • Conduct mental health awareness campaigns.
  • Train managers on psychological first aid, early signs of distress, and how to refer employees.
  • Share periodic reports with HR highlighting trends, recurring issues, and recommendations.
