Job Description

As the Manager - Electrical, you play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of various plant machinery, such as wire drawing machines, annealing units, stranding machines, extrusion lines, and related utilities in both continuous and batch manufacturing processes. Your strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems will be essential for success in this position. - Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment - Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimize production downtime - Develop predictive maintenance strategies using tools like vibration analysis and thermal imaging - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory - Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations You will also be involved in planning and executing machine upgrades, installations, and plant expansions, as well as managing external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks. Continuous analysis of equipment performance data to recommend improvements is also a key aspect of your role.
