Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager - Electrical Maintenance to lead efforts in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production machinery and electrical systems within our EHV cable manufacturing facility.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Oversee electrical maintenance activities for continuous and batch manufacturing processes.
Drive improvements in equipment reliability and operational safety.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Critical Success Factors - Essential

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance role within a metal, cable, or wire manufacturing plant.
Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, and instrumentation systems used in cable manufacturing.
Mandatory experience with VCV (Vertical Continuous Vulcanization) lines.
Valid RSO (Radiation Safety Officer) certification.
Proven ability to manage maintenance teams and ensure compliance with safety standards
