What You’ll Do

Run

app marketing & remarketing campaigns

that directly move the needle on growth.
  • Monitor performance daily, optimize relentlessly, and ensure we’re smashing targets.
  • Build region-specific campaigns — factoring in local culture, trends, and seasonal shifts.
  • Partner with agencies & internal teams to design and deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Own KPI tracking, reporting, and insights — you’ll know the numbers better than anyone.
  • Analyze performance, creatives, and funnels to unlock the next big growth lever.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and benchmarks — and make sure we’re always ahead.
  • Manage budgets with precision (because growth = smart spending too).

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Solid chops in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads (other channels a bonus).
  • Strong with Excel & analytics — you know how to slice data to find answers.
  • Experience in scaling app campaigns (5Mn+ MAUs? Even better).
  • Track record of handling ₹5Cr+ monthly budgets (directly or via agencies).
  • Exposure to app install campaigns is a big plus.
  • High energy, a problem-solver’s mindset, and comfort with chaos + speed.
