Manager - Delivery

Job Purpose: We are looking for a passionate Manager - Delivery to join our team. You will be responsible lead and oversee the successful execution of software delivery projects. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards across multiple projects. Responsibilities: Oversee Project Delivery & Execution, ensuring timely and successful completion aligned with business objectives and client expectations. Facilitate Stakeholder Management by collaborating with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership for seamless communication and project success. Lead Team Leadership efforts, mentoring engineers, project managers, and analysts while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Implement Process Optimization by leveraging Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency in project execution and resource utilization. Identify and address Risk Management concerns, developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain Quality Assurance standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Track Performance Monitoring metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives across projects. Skills and Competencies: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and approximately 10-14 years in the banking domainto ensure deep industry knowledge . Expertise in .NET Core MVC, C#, SQL databases, and front-end technologies like jQuery, Javascript , React, Angular, for efficient full-stack development. Strong experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices to ensure seamless execution. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with clients and senior management. Commitment to high software quality, security, and adherence to regulatory frameworks, with continuous performance monitoring and improvement. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and risk mitigation expertise to navigate challenges and maintain smooth project execution in high-pressure environment. Experience in BFSI Domain is Highly Preferred .
