Manager – Data Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end data management process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems.
• Manage data collection, cleaning, validation, and storage to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Maintain and optimize data in CRM systems, ensuring records are up-to-date and structured according to business requirements.
• Analyse large datasets using Excel (including advanced functions like PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools).
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify data needs and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement data management best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and automation of manual processes.
• Train and supervise junior team members or data entry staff as required.
• Ensure data privacy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with CRM systems
